Job Description:

  • Develop training or learning programs.
  • Collaborate to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Manage and coordinate training activities.
  • Responsible for training documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a HR Training or Learning Analyst in the Leasing or Multifinance industry.
  • Familiar with TNA.
  • Experience as a Trainer is a plus.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training or learning program.
  • Willing to be placed at Head Office SIF, Wisma Indomobil I, East Jakarta.
