Reason for Reissuance Details
Loss / Theft Reissuance card may proceed without written report by phone call to SIF Call Center 1500336
Damage If your card is damaged or any information written on the card is changed, you can apply for the reissuance via phone call
Renewal For the renewal card process for the expired card, the card will be given to eligible customer only based on issuer term applied

Supplementary Card

For Individual Card submission (Main card & Supplement Card) is temporary suspend. We will inform if there is any update information that might be given.
