Inauguration of the New Face of Office Other Than Branch Office (KSKC) Shinhan Indo Finance Makassar Office
PT Shinhan Indo Finance (PT SIF) continues to innovate and make efforts to develop its business. Being present and close to customers is certainly the goal of PT SIF. To realize this, PT SIF has upgraded the status of Makassar from POS to Office Other Than Branch. This status upgrade is a form of PT SIF's effort to improve customer service and also one of the strategies for expanding to the Eastern Indonesia region, especially the South Sulawesi and Manado areas. The inauguration which was held on April 22nd, 2025 was attended by the President Director of PT SIF, Mr. Lee Sang Hyuk (Tony) & Vice President Director of PT SIF, Mr. Peter Richard Sparringa, Head of Sales Division, Head of Makassar Office, dealer partners, and PT SIF customers. The inauguration felt more intimate because PT SIF cut the ribbon ceremony applied Makassar’s culture. More than usual, the inauguration ribbon was made from rice which was specially assembled as a symbol of local wisdom and hope for abundant sustenance because rice is a symbol of fertility.
