PT Shinhan Indo Finance: Corporate Social Responsibility Program Semester 1, 2025
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) acknowledges that business has a responsibility to contribute to the society and the environment. This time, PT Shinhan Indo Finance (PT SIF) had the opportunity to make a contribution to SD Baitu Khair, which is one of the private elementary schools located in East Jakarta. The foundation and school was established in 1983, and has been accredited B and is under the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia. PT SIF is very grateful to be able to provide donation by renovating the school roof which is in very poor condition and endangers the teachers and students there. Not only that, PT SIF also handed over gifts in the form of bags with stationery from Shinhan Card Co. Ltd. to the students of Baitur Khair elementary school. The school owner/foundation, teachers, and students are very happy and grateful because now they do not have to worry about teaching and learning activities being disrupted because of the damaged school roof and they are also ready to welcome the new school year with new bags and stationery.
